When is the event?
Commissioning LIVE is taking place at London Olympia on 2nd March 2017.

What time is the event?
Registration for the event typically starts at 08.30am and the conference will be finished by 17.00. For detailed timings for the day, please view the specific event programme.

What do I do if I want to cancel my place?
To cancel, please email events@cogora.com or call 0207 214 0555.

When will I receive my delegate badge?
You will receive your badge in the post two weeks before the event. If your badge has not arrived before the event, don’t worry, you can collect it at reception on the day.

Can I arrive/leave at any time?
You are more than welcome to arrive or leave at any time, but we would highly recommend staying for the full day if possible.

How many CPD hours can I get from attending?
Typically you can acquire between 5 and 6 hours CPD for joining us at one of our events. Please review the specific event programme for details on the number of hours you can accrue for the individual event.

When will I receive my attendance certificate?
You will be emailed a link to the post event feedback survey within two working days of the event. When you have filled this in, you will receive a link to download your certificate. If you have not received it, please call us on 020 721 0555.

Will I be able to access the presentation slides after the event?
We endeavour to make as many presentations as possible available, with speaker permission. These will be accessible in the same place as your certificate.
